US domestic shipping

Order Processing. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods. We offer flat-rate standard shipping with an estimated time of arrival of 3-5 business days.

Lost or Damaged Packages. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

International shipping

International shipping is not currently available.


Returns

Returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we may have a chance to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us for a return authorization.

Return Eligibility. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. Items that have been customized or damaged may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds. Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 days. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
